Commissioned artwork is digital only; there will not be any shipping of physical goods.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel your commission for any reason, at any time.

My prices and terms are subject to change without further notice.

As the artist I retain absolutely all intellectual rights over my creations, meaning I have the right to publish, advertise, share, print, and otherwise distribute my work in any way—unless commercial or private use is arranged for the client beforehand.

I do not authorize reposts of my art unless it is the client's (or current owner's) own commissioned piece; commissioners and owners of my art may use their piece as icons, profile banners, or any other personal, non-commercial displays. Explicit credit linking back to me (e.g. "art by @wuffsiez") is appreciated when reposting.

Commissioned or owned artwork is intended for personal/private use only (meaning any kind of usage that will NOT generate the client any monetary revenue or profits)—unless commercial use is arranged.

No one is authorized to alter, copy, or trace my artwork, nor remove, obscure, or crop out my watermark from my artwork in any capacity.

Under absolutely no circumstances is any person or entity authorized to mint my work as an NFT (Non Fungible Token), commissioned or otherwise, as well as feed my artwork into AI generation software for any purpose. Any existing instances of such are unauthorized, copyright infringement, and blatant theft.

Commission prices are reflective of work intended for personal use. Commercial projects such as: game art, album covers, apparel, stickers, pins, and anything else intended to generate the client revenue are subject to different pricing.

The compensation fee for a private commission (personal art not to be shared on any sites including for my own promotion or portfolio) is +150% (or + x1.5) on top of the final price of your commission.

If you're interested in commissioning a piece intended for commercial use, it can be discussed through email/DM. Licensing fees will apply and will vary depending on the project and usage.

By paying for licensing, the client obtains commercial rights to use my piece in anything that generates the client revenue, which may include things such as game art, album covers, apparel designs, merchandising, and more—this will not remove or override my intellectual property rights over my work.

The client will either pay a flat fee or a royalty (percentage fee) to use my work commercially, depending on it's intended usage. All is to be laid out and signed in a contract before proceeding.

Please be mindful and aware before commissioning me that your commission may take longer if there are other commissions before yours in my queue, on top of me having other obligations outside of commission work.

Turnarounds may vary. Pieces are usually completed within the week of purchase or up to 1-3 months.

I do not accept deadlines nor do I accept rush/priority fees.

If I personally feel like I can not complete your commission, I will issue you a full refund no matter what stage your commission is in.

If after 30 days since initial payment I have not started your commission, you may request a complete refund. I will not do any refunds before then.

70% of the total price can be refunded in the sketching phase.

30% of the total price can be refunded in the lining phase.

NO refunds are given beyond the lining phase or if the commission is completed.

If an agreed upon refund is issued before completion, you will have the option to keep any work done (sketches, lines, etc.)

All digital character purchases are non-refundable.

Any deposits/payments made towards a payment plan are non-refundable.

Chargebacks are not allowed under any circumstance. If a chargeback is issued for any reason, you will lose the rights to any work done and will be blacklisted.
